For the 2013 season, our cottages will be open from May 24 through October 13th.  Minimum stay requirements apply, which are outlined on the specific Unit pages.

The Published rates and minimum stay requirements are subject to change based on seasonality and capacity.  Rates do not include the 9.7% state and local taxes.  If applicable, there is an additional $10 per night charge for pets and for additional persons exceeding standard occupancy.

A 50% deposit will be required when committing to a reservation.

For cancellations, deposits will be fully refunded (less a $35 processing fee) when notification is received 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date. With less than 30 days notice, deposits will be refunded (less the $35 processing fee) only if accommodations can be re-booked. If the reservation is cancelled within 7 days of the scheduled arrival date, the guest is responsible for the full rental fee, unless accommodations can be rebooked. Thank you.
